PAB has developed market leading systems that will enable Heating contractors to benefit in three ways;
1) To sell and administer boiler/heating maintenance and repair products
- by selling to your customers (homeowners) your boiler/heating maintenance and repair products, using PAB websites and systems. These websites and systems will collect and process all payments (via direct debit or card processing) from your customers directly to your bank account and are accessible from any device that can connect to the internet. Therefore your business can now sell boiler/heating maintenance and repair products either in the customers home, over the phone or directly from your website.
- When your customer experiences a breakdown or requires an engineer’s visit, PAB also provide a web based claims system whereby when the customer calls in, an administration team or engineer can access a website checking customer and boiler information, ensuring the claim is valid, fixing over the phone (where possible) and then if required, collect an excess from the customer before deploying to an engineer. PAB has all major boilers ever made databased including all their fault codes and diagnostic
- PAB systems can configure the products you wish to sell, including risk based pricing, varying cover levels, payment plan options and other market leading features which are all held centrally on the PAB systems.
- All PAB websites provided to the Heating Engineer will be branded with your corporate logos and design and appear to your customers and your staff as your website and systems, giving your business a highly professional image in front of the customer and your internal staff.
- PAB has extensive relationships with existing and prospective companies who use PAB systems from various Sales Channels who offer boiler/heating maintenance and repair products. These companies often may not have their own directly employed engineers or repair networks.
- In these circumstances, other PAB users can use the PAB systems to send work to independent Heating Contractors. These types include annual service visits, pre contract inspections, landlord safety checks, boiler or system breakdowns and boiler replacement and installations.
